Box 478 Coppell, Texas 75019 Dear Mr. Gonzales: We have reviewed the City's recommendations and prepared the following comments: Timing We agreed with the proposed timing changes as long as the presence detectors on MacArthur remain as call and extend detectors. Phasing We recommend that the original phasing continue to be utilized. After changing the timings, if you observe continued problems with the left turns on MacArthur we suggest phasing patterns 4 or 5. We do not recommend patterns 2 or 3.
