final payment the following items must be addressed.

1. Ped button upside down @ southeast corner
2. Install ped button @ southwest corner
3. Adjust pullbox @ southeast corner
4. Repair damaged cabinet door bracket
Bethel & Coppell
1. Ditch line has settled @ northeast corner
2. Place additional soil in median
3. Repair foundation @ northwest corner
4. Paint guard poles @ northwest corner
5. Ped button upside down @ southeast corner
6. Activate opticom
