Dear Ken:
Enclosed please find a mylar original and four (4) sets of bluelines, including revised
Sheet STM1 of the above referenced construction plans. A change order for your use is also
included. As discussed we have changed the inlet to an 8 foot curb inlet with a portion of
the gutter return extending into the driveway at 419 Brooks Lane. Since these are minor
adjustments and we are going from a 10 foot inlet to an 8 foot inlet there should be no
additional construction cost. Please let us know if the Contractor requests a contract
increase or decrease·
