After discussions with A'r. Al Blaine and Councilman Bill Smothermon, it
was decided that we should provide you with a detailed listing of all fees
associated with the proposed Thacker Container Company Project. As you
and I discussed, it doesn't appear that we can get the votes to approve
tax abatement for this project. We have a better chance of getting
certain fees waived. Below are the estimates for the fees which we
anticipate would be applicable to the project:
Planning a Zoning Plat S 105.00
Water ~ Sewer impact Fee 7,060.00
(1 1; 2" Water, 8" Fire Line Service) 104.00
Initial Construction Permit Deposit 3,300.00
Cost of water "".eter ( 1 i;'2" service) 200.00
Water Ir.spectior. Fees 300.00
Public Works Inspection Fee 511,069.00
Certain fees are direct reimbursement of our costs pnd I dos~e~ bebovee are
