I apologize for not getting back to you last week. I was out of town and
did not get your message until this week. However, I have a new revised
cost estimate (for the same work scope):
Total Study Cost = $700,000
Federal Share = $350,000
City Share (Cash) = $310,000 ~)
City Work In Kind = $40,000 ~
