Dear Ken:
Enclosed please find one set of mylar construction drawings and one set of bluelines for
the above referenced project. Also included is an original set of the Contract Documents and
Specifications and one bound copy for your files. All city comments have been incorporated into
these documents. This completes our work under the above referenced Engineering Services
Contract. Our understanding is that the City of Coppell will handle the bidding and contract
phase of this drainage improvement project.
The remaining conuacted Phase I drainage improvement projects are preceding on
schedule. Meadows - Stage I construction plans will be submitted for review on March 23rd and
the Sandy Knoll Area Contract Documents and Specifications will be submitted by March 26th.
As discussed we are staying with the Spec Book layout used for Brooks Lane on the four current
drainage projects. However, future projects for the City of Coppell will utilize the format you
provided, which specifically describes each bid item and references the COG specification.
Thank you for sending me a copy of your Burleson specification documents. Please let me know
when you have a set of these available for drainage projects.
