Dear Xs. Hansen:
As per our telephone conversation today, I'm requesting the following
changes to the plans.
i) A 4-inch PVC pipe should be extended out of the back of the
proposed inlet between 415 and 419 Brooks Lane on the south
side of Brooks Lane. This 4-inch ?VC should be extended to the
property line and be a minimum of 2 foot deep.
The proposed inlet on the south side of Brooks Lane should be
shifzed further east to allow for a longer transition on the
upstream side of the inlet.
