Shohre Danes.hmand, P.E., Civil Engineer RE: Brooks Lane/Hunterwood Subdivision Easements for Diversions SUBJECI: City Council Meeting November !2, 1991 Minutes for Item 34-I(A) DATE: 3anuary 14, 1992 As you know the City Council approved the design of four (4) drainage improvement projects on November 12, 1991, one of which is the Brooks Lane (Stage I - inlets Only), in The amount of $3,896.00. Please note that per the following minutes of the 11/12/9! City Council Meeting, it appeared that the City Council wished to consider "the Stage I design in the amount of $20,548" in its entirety, once necessary drainage easements are obtained: Item 34-I (A) Brooks Lane (Stage I - Inlets Only}, in the amount of $3,896.00, was discussed by the City Council. The issue of spending larger amounts of money on that was mentioned and Council presumed that they would ask Staff if they have any recommendations. "Would you rather wait for any money on this project until they get the easement issue resolved, or go ahead and act on what we got before us?" Council member asked. The Staff's response was to go ahead and act on it. As a follow-up to the City Council's direction, Staff provided to you the proposal for easement documentation prepared by A. H.
