for a parking ratio of one space per 5,OOO-square-feet for warehouse use and a
living screen for truck courts instead of a masonry wall, on 106 acres of
property and to attach a Detail Site Plan to allow a 755,394-square-foot office
warehouse building on 36.2 acres of property located at the northwest comer of
Beltline Road and the proposed extension of Dividend Drive, at the request of
Alex Bennett, Duke Realty.
