Dear Shohre:
Attached please find the engineering services proposal for easement documentation for
the Brooks Lane/I-Iunterwood Subdivision Storm Sewer Diversion. As discussed previously, this
proposal includes the preliminary design effort required to determine exactly how much easement
is necessary. I have included sufficient budget for Halff Associates to handle the initial contacts
with the property owner or owners and actually obtain the easements. If there are no major
problems (ie. such as the Kaye Su:eet easements) this budget will cover all services. However,
should a prob-lem occur we can determine at that time if this should be handled by ci_[y_s_t_aff or
as an additional service. '--
I have scheduled this project concurrently with the Brooks Lane inlet design conn"act.
Halff Associates is prepared to begin work immediately upon your approval. This contract may
be initiated by returning one signed original contract for our files. I look forward to working
with you again as we implement Phase 1 of the City-Wide Storm Water Management Plan.
