Church's ProPertY .0 stock pile dirt during the Sandy Lake Road construction projeCt. You
. have permission 'to sk?d< pile .approximatelY 20.000 yards of dirt on.the east-end of the.
Church property during construction: Your company will be reSponsible for insuring that
there is no adverse runOff to any residentiar area during the. duration of your use of the
propertY. At completion, you Witl rer1lCWe all dirt and grade the property b8ck to current .
condition: If you detennine the need to leave so~ of the dirt, the Church would acCept
debris-tree dirt ~ on the property and graded to allow surface drai,nage. In return fOr the
right to store the dirt, you have agreed to clean out tl\e drainage channel that runs from the
. residential alley to Sandy Lake Road. .
