RE: Sandy Lake Road (ST- 93 -02) @ MacArthur Construction, Coppell Texas
Dear Gary:
This letter is to notify you in writing of damages caused by your firm during construction of
Sandy Lake Road project to property owned by Centurion Trusts ( "Centurion Property") at
Sandy Lake Road, Coppell Texas, as shown on the survey denoted Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
The iron rods for corner are shown circled in red for ease of identification. The area shown in
yellow has suffered damage from construction. We note that driveway approaches as well as
utility lines have been altered on the Centurion Property without our knowledge or consent. New
utility lines (as indicated by orange marks in photos attached) and further construction activity
appear to be in the works to move further on the Centurion Property.
We object to the construction damage and apparent disregard for Centurion Property rights and
the rights of the Tenants now occupying the Shopping Center. Therefore, we herein make
written demand that your firm: 1) cease all operations on Centurion Property, and 2) notify us
immediately of any changes or proposed changes that any further construction of Sandy Lake
Road or any associated utilities will have on the Centurion Property, prior to their being_ made.
Note that the survey and photos attached show conclusively you have encroached on to
Centurion Prope Ly without approval. '? , ? either the City nor the County have acquired additional
R.O.W. that would change the survey attached.
If you have any questions or need additional information, please do not hesitate to contact me at
(972) 991 -4600 or fax at (972) 991 -7500.
Very truly yours,
6
