Dear Garreth:
Attached is a copy of a letter I sent to Ray Gonzales concerning the final acceptance of the
above referenced subdivisions. As we discussed, I would also like to clarify that Centex will be
responsible to any damage to valves, manholes and other appurtenances along Parkway Boulevard
as the landscape and irrigation is completed.
Hopefully the subdivisions may be released for final City acceptance at this point so that
electric, gas and phone installation can begin. To my knowledge, except for the items specified in
these two letters, all other items have been completed.
