Dear Garth:
It was brought to my attention today by Mr. Chuck Young, C. W.
Young Construction, Inc., that the beginning manhole for Line "A"
is shown as 5.0' Diameter. Based on the fact that the other
manholes on the existing 15" main were 4.0' in diameter (see Heartz
Road Plans) and the fact that 4.0' Diameter is the normal sized
manhole for the 15" mains, I recommend that this change be allowed.
We will show the change on the as -built plans per our discussion.
