your Portable Concrete Batch Plant No. 5007 under Exemption No. 93.

qualifications of Exemption No. 93 of our June 18, 1992 Standard
Exemption List. Based upon the evidence presented and information
gathered by this office, the Executive Director has determined that
authorization can be granted to construct and operate this facility
a site contiguous to the proposed east right --of - way of Heartz Road,
northeast of the existing intersection of Heartz Road and Parkway
Boulevard, Coppell, Dallas County, Texas.
