Joe Munsch, Chairman
Planning and Zoning Commissioners
Planning and Zoning Commission
255 Parkway Boulevard
Coppell, TX 75019
Dear Chairman Munsch and Commissioners:
We, the residents of the City of Coppell, and homeowners in the
Hunterwood Sub-Division, are in support of the Planning and Zoning
Commission accepting the dedication of the park and greenbelt area,
located south of Dillard Lane and north of Bethel Road, into the City.
However, the residents most closely affected, whose signatures appear on
the attached petition, request that the City leave the park and
greenbelt area in its natural state. If any changes or alterations are
made we request they be made in consultation with, and approved by, the
residents of the Hunterwood Sub-Division.
Should the Planning and Zoning Commission accept this dedication and
approve the zoning change, Case ~ZC-520, we would further request the
Planning and Zoning Commission to include our request in the official
motion for approval.
Thank you for your time and cooperation.
Respectfully submitted,
Howard H. Crau, President
