Attached with this letter is the necessary information for an excavation permit for the Huntington
Ridge and Copper Stone projects. The Huntington Ridge subdivision is currently in City review. Copper
Stone is the large tract north of the High School and west of Andrew Brown tract. Work on the latter
project is confined to fill of the floodplain area. Development of this project is still one to two years in
the future. The following documents are attached:
Check in the amount of $2400.00 for inspection fees
Application for Conswction Permit
Excavation Proposal from Rodman Excavation
Section 404 permit from the Corps of Engineers
NOI's to EPA for both projects
Plats of each project
Grading/Erosion Control plans for both projects
I can provide additional copies of the Grading plans for the projects if you request. To date, only
clearing and trash haul-off has been done on these projects. I will call you next week concerning a
preconstruction meeting with Larry Davis or Garreth Campbell. We anticipate work being ready to
commence late next week.
