- Edqe of paver band @ Chaucer north side below grade
- Fire hydrant button on Chaucer is loose
- Pull chips & reseal curb westside of Dickens
5 panels north of alley approach
- Seal around valve stack block out in approach
@ Park Valley & Heartz
- Seal curbs, backer rod exposed on west side of Tennyson Drive
