RE: Walk Through of Chaucer Estates (Water/Sani
Sewer)
Field personnel have conducted a final punch list walk through on
the above referenced project and have found all deficiencies to
be corrected.
I would ask that once the wall construction is completed that we
are allowed to look at those utilities along Heartz Road. If at
that time, deficiencies ar found, the contractor building the
wall will be responsible for correcting them.
Please ensure that maintenance bonds and as-builts are sent to
Public Works prior to acceptance of this project.
