The total Roadwav Impact Fees calculated for this site ti~as $4,274.12 0,1,866.15 for 1,740 square foot office addition and $2,40797 for new 4970 square foot warehouse). With the filing of the plat, you dedicated >,269 square feet of sidewalk and utility easement adjacent to Coppell Road for the future construction of a portion of the City's trail system. Based on current ordinances and resolutions concerning Roadway Impact Fees, you are eligible for an offsetting credit of 75°/, of your assessed Roadway Impact Fees. Please make payment for the balance of Roadway Impact Fees to the City of Coppell in the amount of ~1,068.~ 5 and forward to the Engineering Department along with a copy of the Fee Assessment tables. This amount represents the assessed fees that need to be paid prior to filing of the final plat.
