Placed on Private Property at Freeport Pkwy. & Bethel Rd.
During the construction of the Bethel Road Drainage Project, the
Contractor (Buckelew Construction) stored construction material and
R.C.P. on private property at the intersection of Freeport Parkway
and Bethel Road.
I requested at the time of completion of the Bethel Road Drainage
Project, Mr. Buckelew remove the construction material and R.C~P.
stored on private property. Mr. Buckelew indicated the ownership
of the remaining construction material was to pass to the property
owner in exchange for storage during construction.
