Final Acceptance Pending
Dear Mr. King:
Final acceptance for construction of infrastructure for the referenced project remains pending. The
items that are incomplete are as follow:
1. Seal joints in drive approach(es) with self - sealing silicone.
2. A follow -up inspection by the Utilities Department should be conducted to clear any punchlist
items that may still be outstanding.
3. Provide a maintenance bond from a registered surety for 50% of the contract value of work
performed in the public right -of -way and easements for a 2 -year period starting on the date of
final acceptance from the City.
4. Provide record drawings of the public improvements from the engineer to be submitted to City
of Coppell Engineering Dept.
Item number four was sent as a request to your engineer of record, JDJR Engineers &
Consultants, on September 22, 2006. We have not yet received this vital set of drawings and
would appreciate your help in insuring that we do. If you have any questions, please call me at
