is lien form sent to the City Attorney (Item 3). The City Attorney
has approved it.
Review the rest of the package and project files to see that
all is complete for presentation to the City Council. Attached
for your use is the summary of closeout items used for another
C.I.P. project (24" Crosstown Waterline).
Please have this matter returned to me with your recommendation
and comments on or before the meeting set for this purpose on
