It is our understanding that during a field meeting between you and John Gay of Tiseo, is was agreed that
a portion of the foundation on two TXU poles could be removed. The two poles are between Oakbend
Drive and the Coppell Bible Fellowship drive and the foundations conflict with the proposed trail system.
The foundations were poured to the existing grade and not to the proposed grade and approximately 24-
inches on each foundation needs to be removed. Tiseo is ready to proceed with the construction of the
trail system - they are under a time limit to finish this project. Can you tell me who is going to remove the
foundations and when that might happen.
