Gateway Business Park, Block 2, Lots 3A, 3B, 3C (Freeport Corporate Center)
1. Need pads on valve stacks
2. Need ext. on all valves over 4 feet deep
3. Irrigation not to City specs (meter to DC)
4. Test paperwork on all DC: dom, in, and vaults
5. Paint lids on vaults and meter cans blue
6. North vault needs blocking and cleaned inside
7. Third fire hydrant east of building hit; reset
8. Paint manholes in grass red
9. Vault ai Gateway and Freeport holding water can not inspected. Vault damage -needs
repair
10. Need paperwork on two vaults: DC serial # and meter # on DC and location of DC
turned in at Service Center
11. Street fire hydrant marker buttons in street need to be painted blue
12. Missing valve on west side of building, main line valve

2. Insta4 locking lids on storm inlets.
3. Clean out dirt and debris from storm inlets.
4. Remove zip strip around drain and concrete patch. Clean and seal joint.
5. Clean and seal joints en curbs and on all approaches.
