Water Wastewater Plan
1. Based on my review, it appears that the location of your proposed 8" water line, adjacent to
the north side of Sandy Lake Rd. and the 8" sanitary sewer line, in that general location,
may be in conflict with the Dallas Water Utilities and /or the City of Irving water lines. You
will need permission from Dallas and Irving to install water or sewer lines or streets in their
easements. If permission is not granted, you will need to revise your water and sewer
locations and street layout along the south side of your property. Revisions may reduce the
number of lots.
2. Additional manholes and cleanouts may be required during actual plan review.
Drainage and Storm Sewer Plan
3. Additional inlets may be required throughout your subdivision. That decision will be made
when final drainage information is provided with the plan submittal.
4. When the next submittal is provided please show the FEMA floodplain and the proposed
new FEMA floodplain, per Halff and Associates.
Site Plan
9. It appears that a portion of the pond near Lots 28, 29, 30 31 is being filled in. Please
clarify. If it is being filled in, you will need regulatory permits such as 404 permit, etc.
