Utility Plat
1. The fireline on the south side of Building A should be relocated out of the existing 15' utility
easement.
2. If the fire hydrant on the north side is proposed to be public, then a 20' utility easement
should be provided.
3. The waterline tap in Belt Line Rd. South should be an 8" x 16" tapping valve because the 8"
waterline was abandoned in 2005.
