1) Repair or replace the existing sign for Minyards at Bethel Road main
entrance.
2) Repair the paint existing overhead lights main entrance Minyards on
Bethel Road.
3) Grade rings to be set on manbole over box culvert at main entrance to
Minyards Bethel Road. Get finish elivation from Dave Lucado.
4) Complete dress-up on head wall of box culvert.
5) Complete backfill around head wall of box culvert.
6) Dress-up Parkway, back of curb east side of Freeport Parkway at Bethel
Road.
7) Repair Damage to curb and gutter on Freeport Parkway.
8) Adjust valve stake on water main Freeport Parkway.
9) Need copy of agreements from Buckelew and Minyards (sprinkler repair
and grass seed.)
