I sure will however this brings up an interesting point. Saturday cylinder
collections. By ASTM test procedures we are required to collect the
specimens the next day. If the contactor places concrete on a Friday, we
should collect them on Saturday. This would not be a scheduling or
contractor retest event, just compliance with the test procedure. We could
leave them until Monday, and now in milder weather it may not matter, but
that would not comply with the test procedure and possibly create a
condition for the contractor to "cry foul" if they test low.
I will e-mail you a copy of the September invoices we are generating showing
the proper credits for the other "OT" items but please advise us on the
Saturday Issue.

1 forgot to ask about this yesterday. On the last invoice there are
overtime charges for'Cylinder Pick -up', 'Concrete Inspection', and 'Soils
Technician'. Would you please check these charges since we are not supposed
to pay any overtime charges.
