water of the U.S.
submit Preconstruction Notification to Corps for NWP 13 -Bank Stabilization even though
it is over 500 Iinear feet
change the limits of the channel improvements -obtain separate permit for the Betehl Road
II improvements
need revised information for the Corps notification
2. Easements along drainage channel
easements from three property owners
3. All easements from city limits to Freeport Parkway have been acquired
will need to acquire the right-of--way for relocations north of the box culvert on Bethel Road
4. John Elias has the 100% submittal for the landscape improvements
he approves the plans
strongly suggests using James Pole for the design of the irrigation (940-243-2364)
