1. Westbound right-hand turn lane onto Freeport Parkway is being removed due to
conflict with Duke Realty landscaping.
2. DFW Airport is supposed to grant temporary easements and license agreement for
right-of--way. Should have a copy of the documents by the middle of March.
3. Existing box culvert on Bethel Road may be classified as a historical property.
Pictures have been sent to the THC for a determination.
4. Proposed drainage easement width north of Bethel Road is shown as 50'. Will that be
sufficient for any mitigation along the top of the bank and for maintenance purposes?
Do we need temporary construction easements as well?
5. Determination on the top of pavement elevation at the proposed box culvert on Bethel
Road.
6. Estimated Costs For Alternate Channel Designs on Bethel
Using the same channel width and height determined for the concrete sides and grass
bottom and "n" factor of .025.
