Bethel Road Drainage Improvements
On Friday, August 25, 1989, a meeting was held at the site of the
subject project. This memorandum will serve as minutes of that
meeting. -' . _

1. Larry Davis expressed concern about the lack of progress on
the project in recent weeks.
2. Danny Buckelew said that the project will be ready for final
inspection within two weeks.
3. Mr. Buckelew said that he would try to locate the electrical
sleeve by Wednesday, August 30.
4. Paul Lipscomb emphasized the importance of grading the site
to drain effectively.
5. Mr. Buckelew agreed to copy Larry Davis and Paul Lipscomb
on all correspondence with Minyard's.
