am not sure if you are my contact at the City of Coppell so if you are not, please forward this email to

Due to our recent delivery issues by our LED suppliers, we are again being forced to make additional
and unwanted adjustments in the delivery of our signs to your contractors. I truly believe and hope
that this will be the last one. As of yesterday, the expected delivery of you signs is scheduled for
March 15 Again, I want to apologize for these disruptions and look forward to shipping them to you
very soon. If you should have any questions or want to speak with me, please do not hesitate to

I was recently contacted regarding the delivery of your street name signs. Due to late shipments of our LED's,
we have been late on the deliveries to many of our good customers. We have now received a partial shipment
and are doing our best to recover our standard 4 -6 weeks delivery. I was told last week that your order should
ship by the end of February.
If this should change I will let you know as soon as possible or you would like to speak with me, please do not
hesitate to call or email. Again, my apologies! We are truly doing our very best!!
