I forwarded your email to the developers representative and asked him to investigate the silt in your
channel, review and revise his silt fencing so silt cannot leave his site and then get back with
me. When I hear from him, I will contact you to let you know what the status is.

Hello Keith!
Last year you came out and met myself and my Operations Manager at our property located at 1405,
1421, 1441 & 1461 S. Belt1ine Rd. At the time we were having an issue with soil erosion from the
adjacent properties clogging up the drainage channel that runs though the middle of our business park.
Last year we incurred over $15,000 to get the excess silt and dirt removed from the drainage channel.
With the development of the new DUKE commercial site to our West and South erosion control has
not been added to prevent soil erosion, thus the ditch we cleaned out last year is approximately 50%
full of silt from their site.
Please let me know when the erosion control will be added along our Western boundary and who will
be responsible for cleaning this ditch again.
