Draft fees for future development of Minyard site

I attached several PDF's that cover the fees that could be due. I used a 2" domestic meter, a 2"
irrigation meter and two 8' fire meters as an assumption. This is fairly typical of developments of this
type. If you use a different size of meter or quantity then the fees will change. I also did not include
any adjustments on the roadway impact fees. During actual development, adjustments could be made
if approved through the Economic Development Board or through other agreements. At this time, I
just included what the maximum could be.
