All comments are available through the City's web site. Follow these steps to access the information:
1) go to "ci.coppell.tx.us";
2) click on "Public Documents" on the left side;
3) click on "Engineering" under the "Parent Folders";
4) click on "Name Projects";
5) scroll down until you come to "Petterson Addition" and click on it;
6) three options will come up - "Correspondence", "Plans" and "Public Works".
I would recommend that you review the comments and prior plan submittals for this project before we
meet. If you still want to meet today it will need to at 3 pm. After today, my next available meeting
time is the afternoon of Monday 1/29/07.
Let me know if you would like to meet today at your earliest convenience.

I have some time around lOam or 3 pm. Let me know what works. However, before we spend time
on a meeting, have you reviewed our comments on this development concerning water, sewer and
drainage? If you haven't, then it may be premature to schedule a meeting.
