1) I've signed the MT-1 Form 3. Do you want to pick it up or do you want me to mail it?
2) I talked to Jason after he left your office. Briefly - A CLOMR was issued on this site in the mid
90's, but the work was not completed and the CLOMR expired. CLOMR's are only good for 2 years in
Coppell. The CLOMR was based on the 1994 FEMA map which showed a lot of the property in the
floodplain. There was requirements for valley storage which necessitated several ponds. However, the
2001 FEMA map removed most of the property, except fora "finger" through the middle of the tract,
from the floodplain. If you compare the 1994 map with the 2001 map you will notice that the
floodplain elevation was lowered by 2 feet. Now that the property is not in the flood plain, there is no
need for mitigating valley storage loss. I told Jason to speak with you and I would use information
from the proposed maps to determine if I would require a LOMR for the "fmger" in the floodplain. It's
my understanding that the "finger" is no longer shown in the floodplain, so no LOMB is needed.
There may still be a CDC requirement because the property is in the Elm Fork of the Trinity River
basin. The CDC maps I reviewed have some conflicting information on whether or not this property
needs to follow the CDC process. I have a call in to NCTCOG. When I receive information on the
CDC issue, I will contact you.

Ken,
Two questions for you.
1) How is the review on the LOMA for the ProLogis property on Grapevine
Creek going? Do you need anything else from us? Do I need to meet with
you?
2) Just got through visiting with Jason Rose with JR Rose Development on
a site on the North side of Sandy Lake Road. It was kind of hard
understanding what has and has not been done for the property permit
wise. Sounded like a CLOMR may have been done, and they were unsure
whether a CDC had been prepared. Can you fill me in? He stated that
you could see only the need for a LOMR. We are thinking of a LOMR-F.
How about a CDC? Any information you can provide would be most useful.
