Improvements per your plan dated 5/10/06. We propose to complete this work for a
lump sum of $9,800.00. Our proposal includes traffic control per MUTCD, but excludes
message boards, performance and payment bonds, testing, and any work other than
as shown. This proposal is valid for thirty days.
