We appreciate the opportunity to submit this revised proposal for the Denton Tap
Yum lane Improvements. Per the revised detait enclosed, we propose to either
increase the depth of the stamped concrete to thrlee inches or to substitute brick
pavers in lieu of the stamped concrete. Please advise your preference. The cost for
either option is 510,800.00. This price is broken down as follows:
Labor $5,500
Material S2, 000
Equipment 53,300
TOTAt_ 510,800
Our proposal includes traffic control per MUTtD, but excludes message boards,
performance and payment bonds, testing, and any work other than as shown. This
proposal is valid for thirty days.
We have enclosed two copies of an AIA architect for your use. If this is acceptable,
