Final Acceptance Pending
Mr.. Buffington:
Final acceptance for construction of infrastructure for the referenced project remains pending. The
items that are incomplete are as follow:
1. Seal joints in drive approach(es) with self - sealing silicone. The joint is where the new concrete
meets the street and it has not been sealed as of today's date.
2. Provide a maintenance bond from a registered surety for 50% of the contract value of work
performed in the public right -of -way and easements for a 2 -year period starting on the date of
final acceptance from the City. A maintenance bond boilerplate form is attached with an
excerpt from the Subdivision Ordinance explaining the details of this request.
