Dear Mr. Buckelew:
Upon approval of your request for an extension of contract time,
Larry Davis (City of Coppeil) requested that you send him. a
schedule for completion of the work on the referenced project. We
understand that Mr. Davis has not yet received it. Please provide
the requested information as soon as possible. The schedule
should include final grading and clean up of the area immediately
adjacent to the Minyard's property, notice of substantial completion
and final acceptance of the project. We understand that Mr. Davis
also requested that you contact a representative of Minyard's to
discuss your schedule for this work. Please provide us a written
account of your discussion with Minyard's as soon as possible.
We understand that Mr. Davis has also requested that density tests
be performed before the final lift of fill is placed. Please
coordinate the testing with him and your sub-contractor.
Approximately 25 days remain before your contract completion date.
Please place sufficient personnel and equipment on the project to
complete it on time, including an allowance for resolution of any
"punch" list items. Your continued attention in this final stage of
the project will ensure its successful completion.
