RE: Utility installation Town Center West City of Coppell, Texas
Dear Robert,
It has been brought to my attention that in order to timely install the utilities and lun ing
irrigation lines required on the Datail Site Plau approved by City Council March 28', a
coordination of timing for the Town Center West paving section Is necessary. As you know, the
underground utilities need to be installed prior to the paving of Town Center West Road and
sidewalk sections.
We request you delay the lime stabilization and paving of Town Center west to allow our
contractors to complete the utility work necessary and to meet other conditions set by the City
Council.
This will confirm that Rebcon will impose no fees or penalties associated with postponing this
project.
We appmciate the efforts and coordination by the City of Coppell Engineering and Building
Inspection Staff as well as Rebcon's assistance.
Yours truly,
Estatc of a C. Hinckley et al
