Re: Bethel Road Drainage Improvements
Dear Mr. Doyle:
We have received notice from A-1 Rental in a letter dated July 6,
1989, that Buckelew Construction Co. is in arrears for rental of
equipment used on the referenced project.
In accordance with our discussion with Larry Davis, we have
prepared a draft letter from the City to the contractor. Sending
the letter is optional, as described in section 3.13 of the Contract
General COnditions (enclosed}.
