This letter confirms Mockingbird Properties is in receipt of your 9 item list, to be addressed wil'h respec# to
the above project. As we discussed in our telephone conversation Mockingbird Properties has hired
Accurate Test Company to complete point number 9 (certification of DDC).
It is my understanding that you have received test results which elirninatc items 3 and 4. This further
confirms that the striping of the fire lane in the back of the building has been completed.
This letter shall confirm that Mockingbird Managernenc Company will work with the City of Coppell to
resolve the remaining issues on your 9 point list.
It is my understanding that this Letter of commitment will entitle Mockingbird Properties to a conditional
certificate of occupancy upon the shell which will, ineurn, allow Bicycles Plus, Nail Salon and the 1~Iair
Salon to open for business on Thursday, December 17, 1998.
