Walk-thru Hollows at Northlake Woodlands I
Listed below are Utility Division comments relative to walk thru.
1. Missing blowoff valve (Hollow Circle); 2" irrigtion box needs
to be dry; 2' cul de sac no blowoff.
2. Lot 26A sweep t in backwards.
3. Lot 34A crushed sewer cleanout.
4. Lot 35A relocating manhole reinspect on final.
5. Chimney seal manhole- reset.
6. Paint 1 manhole ext. white (existing manhole).
7. Manhole needs center chimney ring.
8. Existing manhole with new pipe, needs regrouting around pipe.
9. Feed to subdivision needs to be marked, also need concrete
