RE: Walk thru Carrington Apartments 1721 E. Beitiine
1. Need valve extension to vault on west side.
2. Check for paperwork on 2 DDC's and 2 Irrigation DC's.
3. Need metal meter cans on 2 Irrigation DC's.
4. Check City on 2 meters going to 1 DC (2" Irrigation) (4 meters on 2 DC's).
5. Need plugs on Irrigation DC on north east section of lot.
6. Need blocking under all wheel valves in all vaults.
7. Need plugs in DC in vaults plugs large and small.
8. Need valve extension on 3 valves at mainline between building 5 15.
9. Fire Hydrant at Building 16 leaking.
10. Need valve extension on MLV at Building 6.
11. Need cap on FDC for Fire Depart.
12. Mainline valve to stub out leaking need blocking and plug.
13. Grade manhole pipes at Buildings 4, 6 8.
14. Manhole at building 5 needs drop to bottom and grade pipe.
15. Reset manhole top ring at Building 3.
