1. Replace broken ADA ramp on west side of approach.
2. Replace broken curb around inlet box and approach.
3. Replace broken panel of sidewalk.
4. Paint ADA ramps brick red (grooved part only).
5. Rout and seal random cracks.
6. Clean and reseal all joints.
7. Need to install One -Way sign or Right Turn Only coming out of apartments on
BeKline.
