RE: Vistas of Coppell l-A, l-B, 2-B and 2-C
A two year maintenance inspection punch list has been sent to the contractors that installed the
paving, drainage, water and sanitary sewer facilities in the captioned additions. As of the
above date, to my knowledge, those punch list items have not been addressed.
The purpose of this correspondence is to get all the parties together so this issue may be
resolved. A meeting is proposed for Wednesday, August 30, 2000 at 9:00 a.m. with the
suggested site to be Waterview and Bella Vista in Vistas of Coppell 1-A.
I hereby request of C.W. Young Const. Inc. and Glenn Thurman, Inc. that they have a
representative present or if this time is not acceptable, that they advise me at their earliest
convenience so that I may reschedule the meeting.
