RE: Walk -tbru Town Center Business Park 9/14/01
1. Need pad around valve on Parkway 24 R 24.
2. Paint lid on valve blue MLV.
3. Paint on curb MLV in blue.
4. Paint vault lid blue and meter can lids.
S. Lock latch on top.
6. Ball valves need plugs.
7. Need blocking under wheel valves in vault.
8. Mark on curb IRR and DOM in blue.
9. Clean meter can to bottom fittings.
10. Curb stop cutoff stack to 1RR and DOM.
11. Meter cans at ground level.
12. Vault and Irrigation DC tests.
13. FH paint red.
14. Sewer - replace pipe to sweep -T and make ground high. Call for inspection of sweep -
t at bottom when finished.
15. Paint FH valve lid red.
16. FHV in red on curb.
17. CO for sewer cleanout marked on curb in red.
18. Need chain on FR.
