At the January 12, 1999 City Council meeting, the referenced project was awarded to your firm.
Enclosed with his letter are four copies of the contract signed by the Mayor. Please sign the four
original contracts, provide the required bonds and return three of the copies to the Engineering
Department. One of the copies is for your file. Once the contracts have been signed and returned
to our office, a preconstruction meeting will be scheduled and a notice to proceed letter will be
issued.
The inspector on this project will be Garreth Campbell. If you should have questions concerning
